Roots.

From the summer of 2020 through the end of 2021, the 365 Kids business was booming. By 2022, stimulus checks dried up, inflation reared its ugly head, and the customer dramatically started cutting back on spending. To turn things around, we returned to our roots, studied our last five years of selling, deeply analyzed our competitors and aspirational brands, and worked in the stores to chat with shoppers and employees. It was a grueling season, but in the end, our sales made a tremendous bounce back and have continued to grow to this day.
